The minimal stay is for two nights. The keys delivery will be from 14:00, and the departure will be made before 12:00 . The applicable tariffs vary according to the dates and the number of occupants.

La Casa del Olivar

There are two apartments both with two bedrooms and living room with a sofa-bed.

Both in the Casa de Gaitan as in the Casa del Olivar, babies will not be considered for the calculation of these tariffs, and will have at disposal a travel cradle, a high chair and a bathtub for babies.

These prices will not be increased with VAT. The payment can be made via bank transfer, and in any case, to confirm the reservation will be necessary to pay in advance the 25 % of the total amount, paying the rest of the price in the moment of the keys delivery. In this moment a deposit of 100 € will be made in the same way, for each apartment, which will be reimbursed at the departure after verifying that the facilities have not suffered deteriorations.

Cancellations:

If the client cancels a reservation will return only part of the advance payment, or lose the same, depending on the moment of the cancellation:

* Up to 15 days before the date of arrival: Wewill return him 50 % of the advance payment.
* From the 15th to the 7th day before the date of arrival: Wewill return him 25 % of the advance payment.
* From the 7th day up to the same day of the arrival: 100 % of the advance payment will be retained, by way of damages.

The client will not have right to claim any refund if it interrupts of voluntary form his stay in the apartment and sets off before the agreed date.
